The AI help point for independent grocers

Shoppers ask. Shelvi shows them the shelf.

A help point for your store. Shoppers scan a QR sign, ask on their own phone by voice or text, and get the aisle, bay and shelf on a map of your store. When it can't help, it calls a colleague.

Pilot starting in Reading

Ask it. Find it.

What your store gets

Colleague time back

Fewer “where can I find…” interruptions, so colleagues stay on replenishment and the tills.

Sales you'd have missed

Shoppers find the product instead of giving up and leaving without it.

“Couldn't find” insight

See what shoppers look for and can't find: missing ranges, confusing signs and gaps on the shelf.

How it works

  1. Send your till export

A product list from your till or EPOS system as a spreadsheet. No planogram or system integration needed.

  2. Map the store together

A few off-peak hours walking the aisles with a phone. Most products are placed by category, then we fix the exceptions.

  3. Put up the QR signs

Printed signs at the entrance, aisle ends and trolley bay. Shoppers use their own phones: nothing to install.

Built for independents

  • No IT project. No app to install, no hardware to buy, no system to integrate.
  • Never makes things up. Answers come only from your store's own data. When it isn't sure, it says so and offers a colleague.
  • Private by default. No shopper accounts, no cameras and no stored audio. Data is kept in London.
  • Speaks your shoppers' language. English, Polish, Romanian and Nepali, with more languages to come.
